[3D Printing Application] A godsend for modders: 3D printed Gigabyte fans ensure your computer runs smoothly!

【3D Printing Application】A blessing for modding enthusiasts: 3D printed GIGABYTE fans prevent computer lag!

The weather's been too hot lately! All "modding warriors," listen up! We believe that among the DIY experts following 3D printing, there are many modding enthusiasts, so 3DMart is once again leading the charge!
This time, we're printing computer fan components to keep your computer cool while it runs! We're using GIGABYTE Technology's shared 3D models (link provided below). What's the actual print like?

The printing filaments used were PLA with PVA water-soluble support. The machines used were the Ultimaker 3 and Ultimaker S5. All parts took about a week to print.

Place the finished product in water to dissolve the PVA support material. With an aerator to accelerate water flow in the tank, it dissolved in about half a day.

The casing of this print is very thin and light. The image shows clear details and screw holes. The sleek, streamlined groove design of the casing is stylish and modern, perfect for modding enthusiasts' custom-built computers.

Other printed parts are shown below: motherboard, heatsink, fan blades, and support bracket. Now, let's get ready for assembly!

The assembled result looks like this! If you're attaching it to your own heatsink, remember to adjust it to the appropriate size and connect the fan motor!

We will continue to experiment with various interesting 3D printed items. If you want to stay updated with our latest news, you can follow our Facebook page.
