The first 3D printing lecture hosted by 3DMart after the Lunar New Year has concluded! What did the lecture cover? There were also exciting quizzes and prizes after class. Let's take a look! In addition to refreshments, coffee, and drinks available for everyone to enjoy, so no one goes hungry or dozes off; there were also various 3D printing samples for everyone to view and ask questions about, with staff on-site to patiently explain everything.
First, we briefly introduced three different 3D printing molding technologies. Understanding the principles is the first step to proper application. We also explained the process of converting from a desktop 3D printer Ultimaker to metal casting and metal craftsmanship, expanding more application areas.

This time, we also provided a more detailed explanation and demonstration of the process of using the Ultimaker S5, including the differences and tips for using its dual nozzle system, which is very suitable for beginner operators.

In addition, based on feedback from the last session, everyone wanted to see the actual operation of a 3D printer. We demonstrated with the latest Ultimaker S5. In addition to professional engineers demonstrating the operation, we also specially invited attendees to personally try steps such as changing nozzles, cleaning, and loading/unloading materials.

This course also detailed the various functions of Cura 3.6. This software is free; although developed by Ultimaker, it also supports various other brands of machines and materials. In addition to the powerful function of automatically calculating support materials, you can also manually adjust the computed support requirements and positions. It is very user-friendly for modifying, moving left/right, or deleting.

Finally, we had a fun pop quiz, which everyone enjoyed, feeling both nervous and excited! The top three winners received our prize—a free 3D printing service card, offering one free 3D printing service, allowing you to have customized souvenirs!

Those who participated in the entire event and passed the quiz will receive a 3D printing lecture certificate, taking home a wealth of new skills!

Don't be sad if you missed this event, we will continue to hold 3D printing lecture courses in the future. Here we also provide an online version of "Common3D PrintingTechnology Comparison" from the class; The editor secretly says: there are new plans coming soon, please continue to follow our Facebook page so you don't miss any good news!
