【3D Printing News】2019 TCT Show Grandly Held, Crowded and Exciting!
At the 2019 TCT Show held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, UK, Ultimaker's booth was bustling with visitors. The newly launched Ultimaker S3 and S5 Pro Bundle attracted the attention of many attendees. Let's take a look at the highlights of Ultimaker at the 2019 TCT Show! In addition to the enthusiastic response and high interest from visitors in the new products, Ultimaker also shined even brighter by winning an award in the "Automotive Application" category at this year's TCT Show with its Ultimaker 3D printers.

This year's TCT Show featured 300 exhibitors, 62 technical sharing sessions and presentations, and 35 new product launches! These exciting events attracted over 10,000 professional visitors. Ultimaker also made a splash at the TCT Show by demonstrating the S5 Pro Bundle 3D printing system, which perfectly combines software, hardware, and materials.

TCT Show visitors gathered to learn about the latest Ultimaker S3 and S5 Pro Bundle system connectivity, which includes the Ultimaker S5 3D printer, with the first appearance of the latest accessories, the Air Manager and the Material Station.

What interested industry experts most was the "automatic filament changing" function of the Material Station. This technology has 12 internal paths, each equipped with complex sensors and an operating system at each endpoint. In addition, it has an independent humidity controller and does not require any external drainage pipes; it can hold up to six rolls of filament at once, enough to meet several days of 3D printing time.

The Ultimaker filament wall displayed up to 96 types of 3D printing materials. Supported by Ultimaker's global "Material Alliance," 80 global companies have collaborated to develop filaments for Ultimaker 3D printers, while also providing automatic parameter settings in the free official Cura slicing software.
