【3D Printing Seminar】BCN3D's New Additive Manufacturing: Mass Production and Customization!
Unlike FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, the new Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology will be showcased at the BCN3D Webinar in March. "ARKEMA," a globally renowned specialized materials production company, is the main development partner. Key brands assisting in new technology testing, "Saint-Gobain" (French automotive glass manufacturer) and "Prodrive" (professional racing technology company), will also share their insights at the seminar:
The BCN3D team has been continuously developing new additive manufacturing technologies over the past three years, striving to expand the scope of 3D printing through BCN3D. CEO Xavier M. Faneca stated:
"Mass production" and "customization" are the new normal for industrial development. For manufacturers, controlling their supply chains is crucial in this fast-changing world, so the sustainability of technology is very important. We firmly believe that 3D printing technology can be a key factor and meet the needs of industrial manufacturing; however, most finished products still cannot be considered "final" products and are only suitable for preliminary prototyping. Further processing is still required before they can be used in machinery, which would become an obstacle in the production process.
After decades of efforts and attempts to save labor costs in remote areas, the BCN3D team has developed the latest additive manufacturing technology. Once officially launched in the future, it will allow for better control over supply efficiency and quality. 3D printing will offer greater flexibility, providing industries everywhere with higher competitiveness, while simultaneously reducing pollution emissions and achieving environmental sustainability.
To achieve innovative additive manufacturing technology, it is essential to develop more stable manufacturing autonomy, enabling designers and manufacturers to produce end-use parts. Increased productivity is required for widespread adoption on a large scale. Within 10 years, more efficient technologies will gradually replace the current position of 3D printing in industrial manufacturing, reaching new heights in production. Three years ago, with this vision in mind, BCN3D began developing a new additive manufacturing technology and is steadily making this dream a reality. This new technology is completely different from the current FDM technology platform. Once this technology matures, we will embark on a new future for manufacturing together!
