Place a shell-shaped object into a vacuum forming machine, and use vacuum forming sheets for vacuum thermoforming. In just three seconds, you'll get a "shell" mold. Pour chocolate sauce into the mold, and after it solidifies, you can easily demold it. That's how simple it is to create highly realistic chocolate shells.

To create the natural texture of the shell, you can pour out the chocolate sauce from the mold before it solidifies, then scrape off any excess sauce from the shell's edges. After it fully solidifies, the chocolate sauce, influenced by gravity, will form natural and beautiful curves.

The precious pearl inside the shell is the soul of this dessert! Amaury adds vanilla coconut sauce, coconut cream, and a light coconut mousse to the pearl, then coats it with a special glaze. The beautiful pearlescent luster resembles a real pearl that has been refined inside a shell for a long time. Did you think that was the end?
