Matterport Property Intelligence is a new suite of insight-driven features, representing years of advancements in AI and data science, that automatically displays detailed information about properties.
With Property Intelligence, Matterport users can now instantly access critical property information – from automatically calculating a space's square footage, to identifying ceiling heights and wall dimensions, to exporting data to MLS listings, all from within a Matterport digital twin.
Real estate agents spend an average of 30 minutes to 2 hours manually measuring room dimensions in Matterport models and entering them into Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems. Meanwhile, contractors can spend up to 10 hours using Matterport models to capture relevant measurement data.

Property Report
MLS Ready Property Data.
Access property information that can be seamlessly printed and imported into marketing materials. All work completed in "Property Layout" is instantly updated to the "Property Report," which is a useful printable view of new property information, including layout and a complete analysis by room, floor, and total property - all of which can be seamlessly imported into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or used for marketing materials, such as property listing flyers. For Matterport customers with a Professional plan and above, property reports can be shared and exported, while customers who have purchased Matterport API access can further save time by integrating data from Property Intelligence into their daily workflows and systems, such as multiple listing services, to fully leverage their property data.

Enhance the visitor experience by integrating scalable business cards that display key contact information. For example, this could include details for an agent or broker for a property for sale or lease, or a hotel's reservation desk.
Quick Links
Add images and links to a corner of the digital twin for quick and easy access to content. This could be adding a menu for a restaurant, booking times to visit a museum, a donation button, and much more.
Each plugin can be used individually or together, and can be customized in terms of size and position within the space.
Compass and Minimap
Helps visitors intuitively navigate large spaces with new visual cues, easily and accurately navigating large areas such as golf courses and construction sites.
Minimap
Contextualize your position within large spaces for easier navigation in large areas such as construction sites, commercial buildings, or expansive properties. The minimap can be customized in different sizes and shapes, and can also be placed in any corner of the screen.
Compass
For spaces where directional context is important, the Compass plugin allows viewers to navigate the digital twin more clearly, indicating which direction is North relative to their viewpoint. This is particularly useful for architecture and development, as understanding factors like daylight, wind, and other direction-affected elements can further deepen a viewer's understanding of the space. Similar to the Minimap plugin, the Compass is available in various styles and sizes to suit user preferences.

Floor Plan Enhancements
Matterport, to better serve real estate agents and marketers, has upgraded its RICS standard schematic floor plans to enhance property listings, increase revenue per job, and kickstart projects with simplified layouts. Matterport's popular and affordable 2D floor plans, previously only available in black and white, now offer more customization options. Customers now have options for color floor plans, branding, multiple languages (e.g., English, French, German, Spanish), and the ability to add or remove furniture.
New floor plans are not only an easy way to attract qualified buyers ready to make an offer, but also save time on site visits by being created directly from the 3D tour, requiring no additional visits!
CAD File Add-on Now Generally Available
The beta version of the Matterport CAD file add-on, released in December 2023, is now available. This add-on converts Matterport digital twin point clouds into AutoCAD-ready 2D floor plans for any space (in multiple formats, including DWG and DXF files).
Matterport CAD file plugin is now available to Professional plan customers and above. This add-on introduces powerful CAD file export capabilities, providing users with an alternative to tedious manual documentation of as-built conditions, repeated site visits to collect missing information, and manual file tracking, offering a seamless solution for construction and design teams – addressing the traditionally labor-intensive tasks of documenting existing conditions and manually tracking files, greatly saving time and resources. The CAD file plugin streamlines the as-built documentation process and accelerates project schedules.
