What is a Laser Engraver and Cutter?
Before introducing the Ray machine, let's talk about its principles. A laser engraver uses a high-power laser beam focused on the object to be engraved, causing the local area of the object to reach its melting point, softening and cutting downwards. High-pressure airflow then blows away the waste gas produced during the melting or gasification process, achieving a cutting effect that is more precise than die-cutting. Compared to traditional manual engraving methods, laser engraving can achieve extremely delicate engraving effects, matching the craftsmanship of manual engraving.
Laser engraving can be applied to various materials, such as metal, wood, acrylic, etc. Products engraved and cut by a laser engraver are exquisite and free of burrs, saving time and effort, which brings convenience to many industries, greatly improving work efficiency and saving costs! This is why there is a great increase in demand for this technology in more industries today.

Done! There was a slight flaw in the "0" at the beginning due to incorrect adjustment, but it did not affect the precision of other numbers and lines! Let's take a look at other various engraved products below:
304 Stainless Steel Sheet
What is 304? 304 stainless steel is food-grade stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, durability, and is the most widely used, including in industrial, furniture decoration, and food and medical industries.

Refers to all aluminum or aluminum alloys that have undergone anodic oxidation treatment. After anodic oxidation treatment, it is equivalent to having an additional coating, which can effectively isolate the external "protective layer", thus possessing characteristics such as anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, strong weather resistance, no discoloration, no chalking, no peeling, and long-lasting durability.

It's clear that the carving results of the Snapmaker Ray are impressive! It can engrave exquisite patterns on both soft and hard materials!
The Snapmaker Ray features a high-power laser cutting and engraving module that delivers top-quality results on materials of varying thicknesses, helping you complete your work quickly and easily. It also offers 20W and 40W power options, and an optional rotary module to meet your different needs.
