[3D Printing News] Ultimaker Competition Awards Ceremony - Wanli Junior High School

【3D Printing News】Ultimaker Competition Award Ceremony - Wanli Junior High School

Ultimaker's official manufacturer previously held an "Educational Challenge" competition to encourage 3D printing education, and one of the winners was Wanli Junior High School. We specially organized an award ceremony, bringing the winner's prizes, an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer and 3D printing filament, to Wanli Junior High School.

On the day of the ceremony, we started with a lecture for the 8th-grade students about 3D printing technology, explaining how to use 3D printers and the applications of 3D printing technology. This helped the students gain a better understanding of 3D printing knowledge, allowing them to get started more quickly in their upcoming 3D printing lessons.

Everyone listened attentively to the detailed introduction by our handsome 3DMart boss.

After the lecture, the official award ceremony began!

Principal Luo Guocheng of Wanli Junior High School accepted the award. We presented an official certificate from the manufacturer and a cute Ultimaker robot trophy.

The prizes included an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer and multiple rolls of 3D printing filament.
Wanli Junior High School also charmingly presented us with a certificate and a thank-you card, expressing their gratitude for organizing the competition. Throughout the award event, the students enthusiastically participated in all activities, and afterwards, they even rushed forward to shake hands and take photos with the boss!!!

After the awards ceremony, we went to the computer lab at Wanli Junior High School to demonstrate the Ultimaker 3D printer in operation and teach how to use it.

We also discussed 3D printing teaching methods with information technology teacher Zhang Gengsheng, understanding how he plans to guide students in operating and using the machines.

This competition organized by Ultimaker's official manufacturer was truly educational and provided us with a very enriching 3D printing technology exchange event.

The picture above shows the principal of Wanli Junior High School presenting a certificate of appreciation to the 3DMart boss for a group photo.
3DMart hopes to allow more schools to understand 3D printing and promote 3D printers to more schools. In the future, we will also try to promote 3D printing education, so please stay tuned!
