We're back from our Ultimaker training! We've brought back a lot of insights and good news! Find out what services we'll be offering in the future!

.Singapore Office
Ultimaker, the global leader in 3D printer manufacturing, has established a new office in Singapore to meet the growing demand for Ultimaker 3D printers in the Asia-Pacific region. Benjamin Tan, former Channel Director at Dassault Systèmes (engaged in 3D design software, 3D digital mock-ups, and product lifecycle management), has been appointed as Ultimaker's Vice President of APAC in Singapore.
Ultimaker has grown rapidly in just seven years, becoming a global market leader with powerful, professional, and easy-to-use desktop 3D printers. Jos Burger, CEO of Ultimaker, stated: "3D printing is not just for prototyping. It is a reliable and easy-to-use technology that is driving the next revolution in manufacturing. This is already evident in some of the world's leading large enterprises: companies like Volkswagen, Ford, Jabil, Decathlon, and Bosch all use Ultimaker 3D printers to operate smarter and accelerate innovation; we are seeing increasing reliance on Ultimaker 3D printers among large enterprise clients and innovative SMEs in the Asia-Pacific region.

By establishing an office in Singapore, we can provide better local services and support our thriving economic and trade cooperation network in the Asia-Pacific region, taking a new step towards global localized digital manufacturing. I am delighted to have Benjamin Tan join us in Singapore, and I believe his extensive experience and expertise in channel management make him the best candidate for this role." Benjamin Tan, Vice President of APAC for Ultimaker, believes there is huge potential for 3D printing technology development in the region.

"In addition to a deeper understanding of 3D printing in the Asia-Pacific region, according to the Wohlers Report, APAC is expected to reach 30% market share in the global 3D printing sector. We will leverage business development to target multinational corporations in APAC, working closely with them to improve supply chains. What differentiates Ultimaker from its competitors is not just the perfect combination of reliable equipment, software, and materials, but also the employees' freedom, innovative spirit, and strong sales channels that contribute to the company's global leading position. I am very happy to be part of this team."

.Abundant Gains
In addition to announcing this major news, our professionals also brought back more technical and maintenance experience after the training; for example, internal machine disassembly and assembly, future product developments that will incorporate new accessories, the expanded application scope of the Ultimaker S5, etc. We will continue to share and test these, and provide higher quality after-sales service.

In the future, we also plan to organize exchange or technical sharing sessions to help everyone become more familiar with the application areas of 3D printing. For those who don't want to miss out, please stay tuned to 3DMart's latest news!
