[3D Printing Material] Oh My Goodness! Ultimaker Can Print Soft Materials Quickly!

Elastic soft materials like TPE have always been relatively difficult to handle. Unless you have a specialized nozzle for soft materials like Lulzbot, it's incredibly challenging to achieve stable and fast printing, let alone with a Bowden setup. Even sophisticated machines like Ultimaker require some thought to print soft materials. If you've ever had, or still have, these troubles, then you absolutely must hear this fantastic news! Ninjatek, a renowned American manufacturer of flexible materials, has finally launched its new product: Cheetah !!!
This industrial-grade flexible filament, Cheetah, is absolutely the fastest and easiest-to-use filament for 3D printing. This 3D printing material was developed to make it easier for everyone to print flexible products. Its printing speed can rival that of ABS and PLA, easily twice as fast as common soft materials on the market. As its name suggests, it is truly deserving of being called Cheetah.
This time, 3DMART is using the Ultimaker2+ 3D printer to test Cheetah material. Let's see if it's as impressive as described below!

Printing Parameters:
Machine Used: Ultimaker 2+
Slicing Software: Cura 2.1.2
Material Used: Ninjatek - Cheetah
Layer Height: 0.15mm
Printing Temperature: 225C
Build Plate Temperature: 60C
Printing Speed: 45mm/s
Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm
Typically, soft materials can only be printed at speeds of 10~20mm/s to achieve a higher success rate. Since this material claims to rival PLA and ABS in speed, let's try setting it to 45mm/s and see!

Amazing~~~ It's really easy to print, and it succeeded on the first try! The surface quality is also excellent. To make the tire more vibrant, we secretly changed to white material at the top and continued printing!

Wow~ Tires made with Cheetah material feel like they can go faster than Schumacher~~~ The 95A Shore hardness is truly soft and springy. Different infill percentages will result in varying degrees of softness and hardness!

Huh? Doesn't this car look a bit familiar? Oh, it's the one that was printed with PC material before! When fitted with tires printed from soft material, it runs just as smoothly, with good grip, and much quieter~
Printing several at once is also no problem~~ Both extrusion and forming are very stable~

The popular drone can also use Cheetah as a protective case for GoPro, to prevent GoPro damage when dropped!
Ultimaker users are truly blessed! How can you not be tempted by such an excellent material~~ Hurry up and use NinjaTak, "Heng Heng Ha Xi"~~
