I. Safety Warnings
Please strictly follow the instructions below when using the printer.
The DWS XFAB 3D printer uses photosensitive resin, which can be hazardous if it comes into contact with skin and eyes. Therefore, exercise extreme caution when using the printer. In case of skin contact, rinse the affected area with plenty of water to avoid irritation. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of clean water for about 15 minutes, then seek emergency medical attention immediately.
Dried resin residue can damage the printer. Therefore, ensure that any resin residue on the printer is cleaned immediately.
Resin handling and disposal must comply with local legal requirements.
Tampering with the printer and its components is strictly prohibited. This is particularly important for the laser light to avoid compromising its safety.
If you notice defects or malfunctions, please contact the manufacturer immediately.
During the processing phase, do not:
1. Move the 3D printer.
2. Disconnect the power and computer power.
3. Disconnect the network connection.

VII. Intended Use
XFAB belongs to the SLA 3D printer (a 3D printer that uses laser light to cure photosensitive resin into shape (class 3B)).
XFAB can be used to create 3D printed models from 3D drawings constructed with any 3D CAD software. Data is imported and processed via the "Fictor" software installed on a computer, connected to the printer via USB. The system then forwards the data to the printer, which produces 3D models by layer-by-layer curing of the resin.
The equipment must only be used for its intended purpose.
Processing Materials (Resin Type and Storage)
For detailed information on resins, please refer to the XFAB material foil.
Warning: Do not use resins other than those specified by the manufacturer.
Store resin in a sealed container, protected from light, away from light and heat sources, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Use the resin within one year of the manufacturing date shown on the label. Shake the resin before use.
Warning: Before use, wear safety gloves and eye protection to avoid contact with skin and eyes.
