[Metal Marking] Wisely Three-Color LOGO Engraving: Software Parameter Video Tutorial!

Stainless steel, aluminum, brass, galvanized steel—multi-color LOGO metal marking, engrave all types of metal! The Wisely MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine allows for multiple colors in one go. Parameter settings are revealed at the end of the article:

I. Focus Calibration

Turn on the "lens specification" on the side of the marking machine according to the lens specification being used (the lens specification used in this test is 150 x 150mm). Then, use the included focus ruler to vertically measure the distance from the baseline to the object. Rotate the upper shaft until the ruler reaches the specified position.

The finger icon points to the "focal distance baseline." Position the ruler vertically against the engraving object, measure upwards to the baseline, and adjust to the specified distance to complete the focusing.

II. Software Parameter Settings

Import the object file for laser marking, and edit/modify the size, position, and data settings as needed.

1. Import engraving file

2. Click "Fill Path Tool"

3. Select marking path type

4. Set path fill spacing

Depending on the material of the marking object, click on the layer or directly on the object to select the engraving graphic and set the parameters (speed/power/pulse/frequency). (Note: The object color in the image below is only the "layer color")

To avoid confusion during setup, you can set the "layer color" to the "expected marking color." Finally, select all objects in the layer to prepare for marking. (Note: The object color in the image below is only the "layer color"; the actual marking color depends on the parameter settings.)
