[3D Printing] 3DMart's Stunning Display at Intelligent Asia 2024: "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam"

We meticulously presented the captivating "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam,"
which not only demonstrates the capabilities of our products but also reflects our unwavering commitment to detail and quality.

We meticulously presented the captivating "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam,"
which not only demonstrates the capabilities of our products but also reflects our unwavering commitment to detail and quality.

The "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam" exhibit at this show. This model, measuring 110x40x100CM, showcases the excellent capabilities of Bambu Lab products in terms of hardware and software processing. The entire production process of this exhibit used "Bambu Studio" software developed by Bambu Lab.
Its rich features and ease of use, along with countless optimized systems and slicing algorithms, helped us process as many as 1716 parts.

In terms of hardware, considering the enormous size, we simultaneously used three Bambu Lab 3D printers — X1E, X1CC, and P1SC, with each machine playing an indispensable role in the printing process.
P1SC's out-of-the-box features and advanced vibration compensation technology make multi-color printing simpler and more precise. The P1S's 20,000 mm/s² acceleration and new vibration compensation system ensure high efficiency and quality during printing. Even as the most entry-level model used in this project, it was more than capable of handling this demanding task.
X1CC, as a versatile 3D printer suitable for everyone, possesses capabilities in various materials and high-precision printing. Its casing is made of aluminum and glass, supporting a variety of high-performance materials such as PC, ABS, PLA, and carbon fiber, and features an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² for high-speed and efficient printing. The X1C's AI first-layer detection and dual auto bed leveling technology ensure that every layer during printing is perfectly aligned, preventing any imperfections caused by material issues.
X1E, one of our key exhibits, demonstrated its industrial-grade superior performance. This 3D printer boasts a maximum hotend temperature of 320°C, capable of processing more advanced high-performance materials such as PPA-CF/GF, PPS, and PPS-CF. The X1E's high-performance air filtration system effectively reduces excessive odors and particles, ensuring long-term printing stability and environmental friendliness. Additionally, it features a 60-degree chamber heating function, which will perform even better when printing special materials, greatly reducing the risk of warping and improving material adhesion and print quality. This is particularly important for parts with sharp, pointed designs, ensuring that every detail is precisely rendered.

1. After opening the file, check the modeling and confirm whether modifications or adjustments to the modeling design are needed.
2. Start placing parts and planning the platform layout to maximize printing efficiency, and try to place larger printing surfaces facing upwards.
