~MakerFaire Concludes Successfully~

The MakerFaire event on May 30th and 31st last weekend was a great success. Thank you all for joining us and sharing the fun! Even with brief showers, it couldn't stop us from meeting! The crowd during the exhibition was much larger than we expected, and everyone was very enthusiastic and engaged. Therefore, we apologize for any shortcomings in our hospitality. Please bear with us.

We were really happy to see everyone that day, whether you found us through our online store, discovered us on our official website, were introduced by someone, or are friends who quietly follow us on Facebook. You all came to visit us and say hello, and that touched us deeply.

Through these face-to-face conversations, we gained a better understanding of your thoughts and needs. We've also compiled a list of common questions from the exhibition, in case you have similar inquiries :)

Q: What do you mainly do? Do you sell 3D printing filaments?
A: We started by distributing 3D printing filaments from Europe and America (now also including the Chinese brand Esun), then light-sensitive resins from Europe and America (for SLA/DLP machines), and now we also distribute 3D printers from European and American brands.

Q: You have a wide variety of filaments. Can they only be used with your 3D printers?
A: Most of our filaments can be used with almost all machines; they are not machine-specific. Basically, as long as the 3D printer's temperature can meet the filament's requirements, it can be used. Other requirements, like a heated bed, may vary depending on the filament.

Q: You have a diverse range of 3D printing filaments. Which do you recommend most?
A: We make recommendations based on individual needs. Everyone's needs are different, and we will help you find the most suitable one!

Q: Wow~ you can even print metal?
A: Yes! That's right!

Q: Are metal filaments conductive?
A: ColorFabb's metal series is not conductive (like the vase series displayed at the event). For conductive filaments, we recommend these two:
3D Printing Conductive Filaments

Q: Compared to others, the unit price of your filament spools is not low.
A: Our products are mainly imported from Europe and America, so costs (including shipping/customs duties) are relatively much higher, and the quality of the printed products is also significantly improved.

Q: Do you have sample packs? I'm not sure if my 3D printer can use your materials, and I don't want to buy a whole spool at once.
A: We have sample packs (10M) available for purchase.

Q: Why do we have to buy your sample packs? Other companies offer them for free?
A: This is mainly because foreign manufacturers do not provide us with sample packs for distribution, and due to cost factors, we cannot meet everyone's expectations. We sincerely apologize for this..:( At this exhibition, Ninjaflex provided small packages of TPE filament for us to distribute on-site, and they were all given out during the event. For future exhibitions, we will also inform foreign manufacturers in advance to try and secure sample packs for everyone to try~

Q: Your printed works are very delicate. Is it due to the printer or the material?
A: We have some experience using 3D printers. Combined with good quality filaments and high machine stability, plus the right timing, location, and people (no strong winds, earthquakes, or thunder), this leads to the creation of perfect objects~ :D

The above is a summary of questions from the exhibition. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at client@3dmart.com.tw!

Thank you to all the friends who came to see us during the exhibition and took the time to visit our booth!

In the future, we will continue to introduce more new and updated filaments and printers, allowing Makers in Taiwan to stay at the forefront of the times!
We look forward to seeing you all again~
