[3D Printing Materials] PLUS beyond Imagination

PLA and ABS plastics are currently the two most common 3D printing materials. PLA has no odor during printing and is not prone to warping, does not require a heated bed, is insoluble in water, and is not degraded by UV light, making it an excellent material for display items. ABS, on the other hand, has good strength and toughness, and can withstand slightly higher temperatures than PLA. Cooled ABS is a bit more flexible and elastic than PLA, making it suitable for functional parts. However, both materials have their own drawbacks. For example, PLA is relatively hard and brittle, and is generally considered unsuitable for applications involving actual stress; ABS has poorer melt flow, making it harder to print. However, this time we want to introduce ESUN PLA+ and ABS+, which are two 3D printing materials that go beyond conventional imagination!

Presenting ESUN PLA+, an improved PLA newly developed by the international manufacturer ESUN. It is still a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material made from biomass, but with superior 3D printing performance. In addition to better rigidity, gloss, and transparency than general PLA, it also significantly enhances the material's toughness (10 times higher toughness than general PLA); it is not prone to stringing during printing, and the printed objects have smoother and finer surfaces, with fewer issues of breakage and warping. Whether it's for printing general prototypes or simple, practical, load-bearing functional parts, PLA+ is the most suitable 3D printing material. Another improved ABS from international manufacturer ESUN: ABS+ has better melt flow than general ABS, allowing for smoother printing. Printed objects have higher toughness, hardness, and rigidity, and are more wear-resistant. Additionally, its heat resistance and oil resistance have been improved, which further enhances the strength of practical functional objects printed with ABS+. Its surface is also easier to polish and color, and can be treated with acetone, making it an indispensable ideal 3D printing material for creators who pursue aesthetic appearance!
