Pensa Labs collaborated with WAZER to showcase the integration of two metal manufacturing tools. High-quality and functional 3D metal designs can be quickly achieved through DIWire Pro wire bending and WAZER waterjet sheet metal cutting.


 
Both DIWire Pro and WAZER waterjet cutters utilize CNC technology, allowing users to create parts durable enough for functional prototypes or final components. Both machines can work with various material styles and are simple and fast to use, providing a great user experience.
 

 
Outsourcing metal prototyping is both expensive and time-consuming. By integrating DIWire Pro and WAZER in-house, part developers can iteratively test and design prototypes using final materials, and continue to use the equipment for small-batch production. This shortens development time and brings prototype parts to market faster.
 

 
WAZER designed a movable cage using metal wire and sheet metal to hold ultrasonic cleaner components. The body is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to most chemicals in the tank, so there is no need to worry about corrosion or oxidation over time. This allows for rapid design and manufacturing, providing stable development technology and saving time for laboratories.
