The fun Western holiday, Halloween, is approaching! On this day, everyone dresses up as various ghosts and in strange costumes, and children go trick-or-treating. To celebrate, we used the Ultimaker 3Extended 3D printer to print some Halloween-themed small items, and we'd like to offer them as a reference.

First, let's use the 3D printer to print a pumpkin! The pumpkin body and lid are printed separately~~~

The first is a cute yet mischievous pumpkin-shaped storage box. The lid can open to hold delicious candies or small items.

Using Ultimaker orange PLA filament to 3D print the pumpkin results in a very vibrant color, a Halloween essential.

No need to worry about gaps in the eyes; candies won't easily fall out.

We also printed a fierce-looking pumpkin head, much scarier, right!
The second item is Frankenstein's monster with a bloody red brain. Frankenstein was printed using ColorFabb GlowFill filament, so it emits an eerie green glow in the dark.

Let's see the effect in the dark!

Pretty scary, right? If you came home to a dark house and saw this, you'd probably scream!
Next is the bloody brain, printed with red PolySmooth filament. After printing, we used a Polysher alcohol polisher to create a smooth and delicate effect, just like a human brain.
.Place it in the alcohol polisher for about 10 minutes. For a smoother, more "wet" look, extend the polishing time.
We've also published an unboxing article for the alcohol polisher before; you can check it out for more polishing effects on 3D printed items.

Frankenstein's head has a cavity for the brain. You can also remove the brain and put some small daily items in it! While it might feel a bit strange, it makes for a unique and interesting decorative piece.
Here's a group photo of the two Halloween-themed items. Have you already decorated your space for Halloween? Why not print some interesting decorations yourself to celebrate!

Finally, a reminder that to celebrate San Di Ma's third anniversary, special promotions will run from October 30th to November 13th. You can view the detailed event rules in this article. Don't miss this opportunity to stock up!
