1. Z-axis Calibration (Video 00:19)
After unpacking, place the 3D printer on a stable surface. Remove the protective film, open the full-cover lid, and take out the accessories, which include connection cables, a scraper, gloves, a funnel, a USB drive, and other tools.
1. Loosen the four fixing screws
Remove the resin vat and loosen the left and right fixing screws of the build plate (the build plate does not need to be removed).

2. Place paper, start with one click
Place a piece of paper on the LCD panel, click "Z-axis Control" on the touchscreen, and the build plate will automatically lower until it is flat against the bottom LCD panel.

3. Tighten the screws, raise the build plate
After the build plate is completely flat against the paper and the LCD panel, re-tighten the four screws on the left and right of the build plate. Finally, click "Done" on the screen, and the plate will rise back to the top, completing the calibration.
(Confirm the above 3 steps and follow the on-screen instructions. Finally, lock the resin vat to start printing.)
2. 3D Model Slicing (Video 02:32)
The Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K Resin 3D printer uses CHITUBOX slicing software.
1. Click "Settings" to enter the settings page.
2. Click the "Add" icon to enter the device selection interface, then search for the specified 3D printer "Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K".
3. Select the resin to be used.
4. Import the 3D model file. Users can adjust detailed parameters according to their preferences and printing conditions.
5. After the data settings are complete, drag the slider on the right to view and simulate the actual molding process. Before starting 3D printing, check every overhang of the model to ensure that supports are fully built.
Finally, click "Slice" to get the model slice file. After software calculation, detailed information will be displayed, including material resin type and printing time. Save the file to a USB drive and upload it to the machine, then load it in the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K and start printing.
3. Prepare for 3D Printing (Video 01:35)
1. Pour in resin
Pour resin into the resin vat and stir evenly with a spatula.
2. Close the full-cover hood
3. Select file
Insert a USB drive to select the 3D model file, and choose the file to print on the touchscreen.
4. Start printing
Finally, click "Print" to start 3D printing
4. Post-processing of Finished Product (Video 02:32)
After UV resin 3D printing, the model surface will be covered with liquid resin. This time, we used WANHAO BOXMAN-1 UV curing light to cure the model and remove the support structures.
3. Prepare for 3D Printing (Video 01:35)
1. Pour in resin
Pour resin into the resin vat and stir evenly with a spatula.
2. Close the full-cover hood
3. Select file
Insert a USB drive to select the 3D model file, and choose the file to print on the touchscreen.
4. Start printing
Finally, click "Print" to start 3D printing
4. Post-processing of Finished Product (Video 02:32)
After UV resin 3D printing, the model surface will be covered with liquid resin. This time, we used WANHAO BOXMAN-1 UV curing light to cure the model and remove the support structures.

2. Scrape off the model
Use a scraper to remove the finished product from the platform.
3. Clean the surface
Immerse the model in alcohol to clean off residual resin from the surface.
4. Cure the model
Use a UV curing light to quickly cure the 3D printed model.
5. Finished Product Display
Moon Knight 3D printing total time: 7 hours.
