【3D Panoramas Scanning】3GOOD: A new store, great wisdom in a delicate space!
Undeterred by the pandemic, "3GOOD" has opened a new PLUS store with a fresh new look, offering a spicy, numbing, and fragrant culinary experience! Taiwanese are famously fond of hot pots, and the mala tang and braised dishes market alone generates approximately 250 billion in annual revenue. This time, we partnered with "BONO Design" to photograph the store renovation commissioned by "3GOOD." 3DMart acted as the store manager for a day, using 3D panoramic scanning to show you the franchise site and store planning:
From the past red and black-toned braised food stalls, "3GOOD"'s store and brand style have continuously transformed. From more traditional cart forms to today's fresh and bright stores, what remains unchanged is the delicious taste of their broth. In 2019 and 2020, they were consecutively ranked as Taiwan's favorite braised food brand on food delivery platforms, and currently, there are 132 branches across Taiwan.
The challenge was how to plan a 35-ping (approx. 1159 sq ft) small space to include takeout and dine-in areas, while also encompassing the cooking station, storage, and cleaning areas. Through 3D panoramic scanning, you can see that the takeout area is separated by transparent glass, making the space feel more open. Additionally, an extra seat is provided for takeout customers to rest briefly, and the beverage refrigerator is placed in the checkout area for easy access when ordering combo meals.
The overall style of the completed project features a combination of wood tones and fair-faced concrete. To address the hygiene concerns of customers picking their own ingredients at traditional braised food stalls, "3GOOD" uses ingredient cards for customers to choose from. This seemingly simple woodworking was actually quite labor-intensive, with each slot precisely crafted by the师傅, and even the metallic 3D letters on the wall were custom-made.
In the 3D panoramic space, you can not only move freely but also zoom in to see more of the renovation quality. Similar to "BONO Design"'s previous project—the Y. Solar conference space—they provide end-to-end project management from design to completion. Construction details are all visible through the Matterport scanner, and even the cooking station area, which is usually inaccessible, can be clearly seen. The ingredient area is divided into multiple small compartments to prevent mixing, and there is a super-large ingredient refrigerator in the back, ensuring you can enjoy your spicy meal with peace of mind.
