Four tons of downward force, double the molding size
The Multiplier Desktop Pressure Former can apply over "four tons" of force to material sheets and workpieces, achieving extremely detailed molds. It is compatible with all FormBox vacuum forming material sheets (such as: casting sheets, resin sheets, clear sheets, white sheets, etc.), and can also use third-party brand forming material sheets (thickness between 0.25-8mm). The Multiplier Desktop Pressure Former has a circular forming area of up to 400mm x 400 x 160mm, which is twice the molding size of the familiar FormBox Desktop Vacuum Former! (200mm x 200 x 130mm)
Perfect 90-degree right angle fit, with accuracy up to 3mm
With a downward force of up to four tons, even objects with 90-degree right angles can be perfectly fitted! Similar to the forming principle of the FormBox, molds made through vacuum forming can infinitely replicate the original model! Molds can be filled with resin, concrete, wax, or even chocolate, etc., and can be used to make casings, medical equipment, handicrafts, and food; what's more, the Multiplier can clearly press out fine lines and grooves up to 3mm thick, and the marks on the template prototype are clearly visible in the mold!
