【3D Printer】Sinterit enters the industrial market with the NILS 480 3D printer!
Polish laser sintering 3D printer manufacturer Sinterit announced its entry into the industrial-grade 3D printer market with the launch of its new industrial laser sintering (NILS) 480 3D printer.
Compared to Sinterit's previous desktop 3D printers, the NILS 480 3D printer offers upgraded print volume and speed, meeting users' needs for mass production. The NILS 480 3D printer is Sinterit's weapon to challenge traditional industrial laser sintering 3D printers. According to Sinterit, the NILS 480 3D printer will help users "recoup their investment in just 40 days"! Let's see how powerful this machine really is!

Sinterit Product Development History
Headquartered in Krakow, Poland, Sinterit has spent the past seven years establishing itself as a professional manufacturer of desktop SLS 3D printers. During that time, the company successively launched the Lisa SLS 3D printer and the Lisa PRO 3D printer, both of which have applications ranging from medical to art and design, cementing Sinterit's position as a manufacturer of high-quality SLS 3D printers.
More recently, Sinterit has sought to expand its product portfolio, aiming to develop a "one-stop solution" to better meet the evolving needs of its customers. Sinterit has acted on this goal, for example, with the Sinterit Powder Handling Station (PHS) launched last year, designed to allow users to quickly recycle used 3D printing powder, and compatible with Sinterit's full line of add-on products.
Sinterit has also expanded its supply of 3D printing powders, offering more powerful 3D printing capabilities to users of the Lisa SLS 3D printer. At the same time, it has upgraded its Studio software to allow users to manage the 3D printing workflow. Now, the NILS 480 3D printer will lead us into the realm of industrial-grade SLS 3D printers, helping customers achieve ambitious goals with higher throughput and better quality!

SLS NILS 480 - Faster, More, Bigger
According to Sinterit, the NILS 480 3D printer is designed to be a "passport" for small manufacturers/companies to enter the world of industrial 3D printing, helping them achieve higher output or larger-sized 3D printing goals. The NILS 480 3D printer has a 3D printing volume of up to 200 x 200 x 330 mm, which is much larger and more powerful than the previous largest Lisa PRO 3D printer's 3D printing volume of 150 x 200 x 260 mm.
The NILS 480 3D printer is very similar to the Lisa 3D printer and Lisa Pro 3D printer. The NILS 480 was also manufactured with cost-effectiveness in mind, featuring automated powder dispensing and continuous printing capabilities, allowing customers to achieve maximum 3D printing output with minimal 3D printing powder.
In terms of ease of use, Sinterit insists on designing its new machines with the principle of "no professional training required." The company states that the NILS 480 3D printer has more advanced automation than the current Lisa 3D printer. It is evident that the NILS 480 3D printer is a very easy and quick to operate 3D printer!
