【3D Printing News】Ultimaker Global Conference: Rebranding, A New Look!

As the sole agent for Ultimaker in Taiwan, 3DMart dispatches representatives annually to receive regular training at the original factory. They absorb new software and hardware technologies and train internal engineers to provide customers with faster, better professional advice and after-sales service. Facing the increasing demand for Ultimaker products and the growing need for 3D printing, Ultimaker's headquarters gradually expanded. This year, our representative visited the new headquarters location in Utrecht, the fourth-largest city in the Netherlands.

The Ultimaker team currently has 400 employees, but this growth shows that they still need more personnel, hence the need for a larger location closer to the city center for their headquarters. "Utrecht is an excellent location, offering a business center, social functions, and various entertainment options simultaneously," emphasized Marrit Hoffmans, Product Marketing Manager.

A New Look, Enduring Quality
In addition to relocating its office to a new site, Ultimaker has reshaped its brand image, presenting a clean, modern, and professional visual style. Like the new office, it reflects what Ultimaker will encompass and its future direction. The Ultimaker office spans two full floors of the office building and is located next to Utrecht Station, making it convenient for clients to visit and for travel to and from the airport. The interior of the office features an open-plan space and modern design, perfectly embodying product value and Ultimaker's corporate philosophy.

Although Ultimaker has moved to a new city, its manufacturing facilities are still located in the small towns of Geldermalsen and Zaltbommel in the Netherlands, maintaining the EU standard for 3D printer manufacturing quality. Looking Ahead
Currently, the free software Ultimaker Cura has over 500,000 monthly users and prints approximately 1.4 million objects per week. In the future, using Ultimaker will provide access to even more systematic services. Beyond the physical capabilities offered by 3D printers, it will integrate a complete suite of convenient features, from Cura's pre-print software, the Ultimaker Cloud platform, the Marketplace material supply chain, and multi-3D printer management systems. This will accelerate the full capability of corporate users in production, product development, and internal prototyping.
