【Metal Engraving Application】Roland Metaza MPX-95 Impact Engraver, Engrave Even Photo Gradations!

．Diamond Stylus, Steel Hardness
The "Metal Engraver METAZA MPX-95" is a compact desktop device, UDI international certified, meeting medical device standards. Its diamond stylus can process not only iron and stainless steel but also various metals such as silver, titanium, platinum, brass, and aluminum with a hardness of up to 200HV (Vickers hardness), precisely engraving text or complex digital patterns like QR codes and logos.
 

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires all medical device labelers and all medical devices (Class I, Class II, and Class III) to comply with the UDI standard (Unique Device Identification System Final Rule).
 
 

．Simple Operation, Real-time Preview
The MPX-95 metal engraver can be equipped with an optional impact cap (the green object in the image), making it suitable for processing both curved and flat objects. We used the flat bottom of a stainless steel aircraft part ( click here to see: 3D printed aircraft casting parts) for engraving. With the dedicated METAZA Studio software, you can import specified JPG or BMP files, or directly input text into the software. It's not only simple to operate but also allows for real-time preview of the work screen.

 
 
 
．Protective Casing, Quiet and Safe
The Roland MPX-95 is designed for irregular and cylindrical tools like medical scissors and tweezers. The device can be optionally equipped with a vise, allowing quick and precise clamping of objects of any shape. The base features a removable structure, accommodating materials up to 200 x 100 x 70mm. The engraving process involves no burning or cutting, thus producing no odors or debris. When engraving, the device's protective cover can be closed to prevent external interference.
 
 

．Ultra-small Size, Ultra-high Resolution
3DMart's logo is only 18 x 4mm, and the small QR code below it is a tiny 5 x 5mm, yet the engraving effect is very exquisite. With a maximum resolution of 1058dpi, the engraved QR code can be scanned and linked smoothly; on average, engraving one file takes only 30 seconds, completing the job within 2 minutes!
