Welcome to 3DMART's latest creation! Do you remember the previous post, [3D Printing Application] FDM 3D Printer and Investment Casting Sparking a Fiery Collaboration ? The customized ring mentioned at the end of the article is finally complete! Again, many thanks to Mr. Lin Xinda for his great help. The machine used was an Ultimaker 2 3D printer, but we adjusted the print layer thickness to 0.05mm. Although we felt that the difference was hard to discern with the naked eye, Mr. Lin Xinda stated that when viewed with a jeweler's loupe, the difference was obvious and would also affect the surface texture of the cast product. With the success of our last experience, we are now fully confident in this 3D printing material, certain that we will receive exquisite finished products. However, seeing the actual pieces still left us amazed. Let's take a look at the results!~

Upon closer inspection, you'll notice that below the "L O V E" on the finished product printed with wax-like MoldLay filament, there's a slight sag because there was no support. However, Mr. Lin said that this filament is very easy to work with. After minor modifications, it was sent for investment casting.~

You can design your desired patterns and text on the ring~ Looking at this, one might even mistake it for a ring advertisement~(Just kidding)

These two rings are made of 925 sterling silver and copper, respectively. The polished copper shines dazzlingly like gold.
After seeing this, don't you also want a pure silver or copper ring, uniquely designed and made by you?
