Vacuum forming technology is a common plastic processing method used in many industries. Today, we're taking you to unbox the industrial "Formech 450DT Vacuum Forming Machine", which features a semi-automatic operating system, a fast-heating quartz heater, and a large work platform. The Formech 450DT uses a digital operating interface, and the special quartz heating panel on the upper layer can be pulled out smoothly. We will use a model 3D printed with Ultimaker for the test. I can't wait to see the molding effect!
Before use, remember to remove the catch on the back of the Formech 450DT body so that the quartz heating plate can move back and forth properly.
The Formech 450DT has four heating plates, and the touch screen allows for individual zone temperature settings and local heating. The quartz heating tubes used can heat plastic quickly and stably, which saves time and energy, and also heats the surface of each material sheet evenly.

Industrial vacuum forming machines can use a variety of material sheets with different types and thicknesses. The Formech 450DT's touch screen allows for easy data setting, and the equipment can save parameter records after thermoforming different types of material sheets.
The material clamp frame has two locking clamps. After placing the vacuum forming plastic sheet, adjust the tightness of the screws according to the thickness of the material sheet to ensure that the edges of the material sheet are clamped correctly during the vacuuming process.
After setting the heating time, pull the heating plate to the front. At this point, the material sheet will begin to heat up and soften. To ensure operational safety, the Formech 450DT has a built-in safety interlock device. The quartz heating plate can only move freely back and forth when the lever is pressed all the way back, lowering the work platform to its lowest position.
Once everything is ready, push the handle forward and down, and the work platform will move up closer to the material sheet. At this point, simply press the vacuum forming button to quickly and effortlessly complete the vacuum forming. The Formech 450DT's automatic demolding function means the machine will automatically blow the material sheet off the mold, allowing for one-button demolding!
