This unboxing video provides a complete tutorial for the 3devo Composer 450 3D Printer Filament Maker in three easy steps, covering everything from preparing materials and tools to screen operation and filament loading:
1. Prepare materials and tools
3devo Composer 450 accessories: Spooler, funnel, nozzle parts, filament material. Install the feeding funnel into the feeding port, then pour the material pellets into the feeding port through the funnel. Assemble and install the 3D printer filament winder.
2. Screen Operation
Use the digital screen and rotary knob to customize detailed settings. Set the heating zone temperature based on the type of filament/material melting point, and set the 3D printer filament diameter (1.75mm/2.85mm options available). During heating, the screen will display the real-time heating temperature and begin filament production once heating is complete.
3. Filament Loading Steps
Open the front cover of the machine to start making filament. Use pliers to clamp the solidified filament after extrusion. Press the switch on the fixed shaft and insert the filament into the shaft, securing it between the shafts (Note: the filament is at a high temperature at this point, so proceed with caution). Finally, use needle-nose pliers to cut the filament, then feed the 3D printer filament into the feeding port and through the fixed hole of the filament winder. The installation is complete, and you can now start making filament.
