1. Go to the "Online Repair Application" page on the 3DMart official website.
2. Fill out the simple repair form. After receiving your application, our engineers will contact you as soon as possible within one business day.
3. To expedite the engineer's assessment and processing, please include the following information in the repair form, and you can directly upload files:
a. The product you purchased
b. Product model
c. Upload photos and describe the problem in detail (detailed description, photos, or videos)
2. Remote Troubleshooting If the engineer determines that the issue can be resolved remotely, they will assist you as much as possible with the operation, eliminating the need to send the product back to 3DMart headquarters.
3. Free Pickup of Repair Items1. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the engineer will confirm the repair arrangements with you and pick up the machine at your designated location, or you can personally deliver it to 3DMart. Shipping for repairs within the warranty period, using original packaging, is free.
2. For items sent for repair, you must use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power adapter, SD card, cables, materials used during printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
1. Repaired products will be handled with professional equipment approved by the original manufacturer and inspected by engineers according to the case schedule.
2. After inspection by the engineer, general malfunctions not caused by human error will be repaired free of charge (costs for replacing consumables under normal use are extra); if the machine malfunctions due to human error (e.g., self-disassembly, improper use of materials, placement in an unsuitable environment, damage during shipping without original packaging, etc.), parts fees will be charged based on the damaged parts.
If the product is still under warranty, after the repair is completed, we will arrange for a driver to deliver the product back to your designated location free of charge; if the warranty period has expired, or the original packaging is lost, you will need to arrange for shipping or pick-up yourself. Please test the product within seven days after the repair is completed to protect your rights.
Other: On-site InspectionProducts under warranty include free pick-up and delivery and free inspection services; if an additional on-site inspection is required, an engineer's dispatch fee starting from NT$5,000 will be charged each time. Since repair equipment and parts are all located at the Taipei headquarters, on-site service only provides machine inspection. For locations outside Taiwan Island, parts replacement and other fees will be calculated separately and based on the engineer's on-site assessment.

To ensure stable equipment operation and protect customer rights, our company provides after-sales warranty service for the 3D printing equipment we sell and represent. The service content is based on the core premise of "normal use, non-human-induced damage":
1. Certified objects: The warranty only applies to equipment sold by 3DMart with a valid serial number (SN) and proof of purchase.
2. Parts scope: The warranty does not cover vulnerable parts, complimentary gifts, and consumables (such as nozzles, belts, build plates, release film, etc.).
3. Technical appraisal: The type of malfunction must be determined by the 3DMart technical team. If unauthorized disassembly, modification, or non-official repair records are found, the warranty will be terminated immediately.
4. Remote priority: After-sales service prioritizes diagnosis via official Line videos and photos. If it is a simple problem, parts can be sent to shorten equipment downtime.

If any of the following conditions are met, they are not covered by the free warranty:
1. Exceeded warranty period: The warranty period provided by our company has been exceeded.
2. Wear and tear and appearance: Scratches, discoloration, natural wear of the nozzle, or decreased adhesion of the platform due to normal use.
3. Improper operation: Failure to operate according to the instructions, modification of original G-code, damaged STL/STEP, improper slicing settings, or human-induced collision damage.
4. Modification risks: Unauthorized alteration of hardware structure, use of non-original parts, flashing non-official firmware, or use of non-original consumables.
5. Environmental impact: Unstable voltage (surges), lightning strikes, moisture, excessive environmental dust, or burning caused by poor heat dissipation.
6. Logistics damage: Damage from collision or drops during transportation by logistics not designated by our company.
7. Force majeure: Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.
∙ Receipt (Defective new product): If determined to be a non-human-induced malfunction, 3DMart bears the round-trip shipping costs, or 3DMart sends parts to the customer for replacement.
∙ General warranty period (including Ultimaker, Formlabs, Phrozen, Flux, etc. (normal damage)): Parts, repair fees, and shipping fees are free.
∙ Applicable to Bambu Lab within the general warranty period (normal damage): Parts and repair fees are free. Shipping costs follow a "NT$2,000 round trip" principle: the customer bears the shipping costs, and 3DMart is responsible for arranging logistics pick-up and delivery (original packaging and cushioning materials must be used).
∙ Applicable to Bambu Lab within the extended warranty period (normal damage): Parts, repair fees, and shipping fees are free (original packaging and cushioning materials must be used).
∙ Out of warranty period / Human-induced damage: Inspection fees and parts fees will be charged. Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer (original packaging and cushioning materials must be used).
1. Reporting: Please send the SN serial number, photos of the malfunction, and operating videos to 3DMart's official LINE or Support@3dmart.com.tw.
2. Diagnosis: The technical department will contact you within 2-3 business days and perform an initial malfunction assessment.
3. Replacement/Return: Based on the diagnosis results, parts will be sent (with wiki instructions) or instructions will be given to return the equipment to the repair center.
