Today, we're introducing the latest addition to 3DMart, the "FLUX Beamo Laser Cutter," which features a 1000dpi high-resolution laser system and a compact size equivalent to just four sheets of A4 paper. We used a high-resolution cat image for laser engraving. The editor, who loves cats, was very excited about the results of the laser engraving, especially seeing the delicate, dense fur and deep pupils on the animal's skin!
Before laser engraving, we used FLUX's dedicated editing software, Beam Studio. After importing the object, you can adjust its size, set coordinates, rotate, align, and use other multi-functional features. In "Laser Settings," you can also choose to enable gradient mode and set exposure values according to your needs.
The 1000dpi built-in camera on the FLUX Beamo's laser engraving head allows for real-time preview of the image and wood board positions while operating the Beamo Studio software. This user-friendly feature is very convenient.
Engraving the cat image on a 6.5 x 8.5 cm wood board took a total of 15 minutes. To test the laser cutting capabilities of the FLUX Beamo, we laser-cut a 5mm wood board after the engraving was complete. The board was cut twice, and it only took 2 minutes to finish.
The newly launched "removable bottom cover" design of the FLUX Beamo laser cutter allows you to remove the bottom cover and elevate the machine, eliminating the working area limitations of the machine's internal size and enabling processing of objects of any size.
The cat's fur color gradients, front and back light and dark nuances, and extremely fine whiskers are all rendered with detail and realism.
