I. Contents Introduction
The equipment includes the following items:
2. Laser working platform (fiber optic laser cable already connected to the host machine; handle with care to avoid damage when moving)
3. USB cable
4. Power cable
5. Foot pedal
6. 163 lens (included in inner box), 175 lens (originally equipped)
7. ProMark dedicated software
7. ProMark dedicated software

II. Wiring Installation
Insert the following three cables into the respective ports on the back of the host machine:
1. USB cable
2. Foot pedal
3. Power cable

III. Power On/Off
The FLUX ProMark host machine has 3 buttons. After connecting the cables, simply press the buttons in sequence to quickly and easily power on/off.
1. Power-on button sequence: left to right (Power-off button sequence: right to left)
2. Open the lens protective cover
3. First, power on the FLUX ProMark host machine, then open the ProMark dedicated software.

IV. Laser Spot Focusing
Before starting laser engraving, the two infrared laser dots projected from the lens must be overlapped.
1. Use the rotating knob on the laser platform to control the position of the two infrared light sources.
2. Rotate until the two dots overlap.

V. Software Parameter Settings
Open the FLUX ProMark dedicated software and set parameters according to the lens specifications (163 or 175 lens). Data settings will vary with different laser lenses.
1. Access the software: Click File > System Parameters > Working Area
2. Check "Show Working Area"
3. 163 lens parameters:Bottom left parameters X:-55, Y:-55 /Working area size: width 110mm, height 110mm
4. 175 lens parameters:Bottom left parameters X:-100, Y:-100 /Working area size: width 200mm, height 200mm

VI. Calibration
Before starting metal marking, a calibration procedure must be performed to ensure accurate engraving dimensions and stable equipment operation.
.Adjusting parameters:
1. In the software interface, click "Parameters (F3)" at the bottom to enter "Configuration Parameters" (163 lens: 110mm / 175 lens: 200)
2. Check "Galvo 2=X"
3. Check "Galvo Center"

.Testing marking dimensions:
1. Draw a calibration box (10 x 10mm)
2. Click "Red Light (F1)": The laser lens will project the calibration box, previewing the actual marking area
3. Click "Engrave (F2)": The equipment will start engraving the calibration box. Use a ruler to measure; if the dimensions match 10 x 10mm, calibration is complete!
4. If there is an error in the calibration box dimensions, click "Parameters (F3)" > "Configuration Parameters" to adjust the scaling.
VII. Importing Engraving Files
1. Click the "Image" icon to import the file
2. In the working area of the interface, move and scale as needed
3. Adjust power and speed (uncheck default parameters),recommended power: 70-100 / speed: 500-1000
4. Click "Red Light (F1)": Preview the actual marking position
5. Place the marking object in the laser preview area, or choose to drag the file to the actual marking position in the software (Note: Must not exceed the working area limit of the lens specifications)

VIII. Starting Engraving
1. Confirm that the image file and engraving object are in place.
2. Click "Engrave (F2)": Start engraving (if a foot pedal is connected, step on it to start engraving)
3. After completing metal engraving, simply wipe clean with alcohol and tissue paper.
4. Metal dust will be generated during the process. Please wear a mask, and for eye safety, do not look directly at the laser light.

IX. Shutdown and Maintenance
1. After metal marking, use an air blower to gently blow on the lens to prevent dust from sticking.
2. Close the lens cap
3. Close the software
4. Shutdown button sequence: right to left (Power-on button sequence: left to right)
X. Finished Product Results
Using an iron ruler for metal marking, engraving the 3DMart Logo (size: 40 x 15mm) takes only 3 seconds to complete. The smaller text "Digital Manufacturing Solutions" has individual character sizes of only 1mm, yet still achieves fine and high-precision engraving results.
