First, remove the toolbox and sponge from the fully enclosed cover of the Phrozen Sonic Mighty. Loosen the nuts on both sides of the resin vat below, then lift out the resin vat to perform platform calibration:
1. Loosen the build plate screws
Loosen (but do not remove) the fixing screws on the upper build plate.
2. Place paper, one-key calibration
Place a piece of paper on the LCD panel, then click "Tool" > "Z Calib" on the screen. The build plate will automatically lower to the LCD platform.

3. Tighten screws, auto-rise
Wait for the build plate to be completely flush with the paper on the bottom and the LCD panel, then retighten the four screws. Finally, click "Done" on the screen, and the build plate will rise back to the top, completing the calibration.

After confirming the above 3 steps and checking if the bottom LCD curing light is on, finally lock the resin vat, and the 3D printer is ready.
.5 Steps for Model Slicing
Before production with the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 3D Printer, you need to use the CHITUBOX slicer software to slice the model:
1. Click "Settings" to enter the settings page.

2. Click the "
" icon to enter the device selection interface and find the designated resin 3D printer "Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K".
3. Depending on your preferences and material requirements, select the Phrozen resin to be used. (Click here to download: Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K Resin Parameters)

4. Insert the 3D model file, click the "Support" page, and then click "
". Users can adjust detailed parameters according to their preferences and printing conditions.
5. After the data settings are complete, drag the right scroll bar to view and simulate the actual molding process, checking whether all overhangs of the model have fully established support before starting 3D printing.

Finally, click "Slice" to obtain the sliced model file. After software computation, detailed information will be displayed, including the type of resin material and printing time; save the file to USB (the file extension must be .ctb), then load it into the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K and start printing.

After 3D printing is complete, the 20cm tall "Mandalorian" is born, along with its support structures! After removing the supports using an ultrasonic cutter, you can clearly see various high-precision details, from the armor, cape, weapons, and bullet band, to the fabric on the arms and finger textures. The effect is incredibly delicate and stunning!

We also printed Master Yoda, the Mandalorian's partner in the series, using the same resin 3D printing steps. Even though the little Yoda is only 5 x 4.5cm, the facial wrinkles, eyelids, and clothing folds are all clearly visible. After assembling it with the base, it's complete! It's definitely a must-have collectible model for Star Wars fans.
