The NOVA laser cutter is equipped with a hybrid servo motor, offering high resolution and excellent engraving quality, achieving more refined cutting and engraving effects. Its design emphasizes ease of operation and user-friendliness. This laser processing machine is available with a 40W or 60W laser.

- Hybrid servo motor, providing 1000mm/s speed, suitable for photo engraving, achieving ultra-smooth vector cutting quality.
- Smart control board, managing functions such as automatic exhaust fan, warning lights, and energy-saving modes, independently developed by Thunder Laser, can automatically adjust the exhaust fan switch to meet laser operation requirements.
- Equipped with RDWorksV8 laser software, supporting multiple file formats and versatile settings.
- Through the LCD panel, laser engraving tools can be operated, such as platform up/down adjustment, autofocus, laser head movement, origin setting, speed and power adjustment; it can also preview job paths, estimate time, and change parameters.
- The Nova system features an autofocus function; the smaller the laser focus, the better the performance. It can move up and down to ensure the optimal distance between the material and the focus lens, saving cutting and engraving time.
- The "Z-axis" button on the control panel allows adjustment of the work platform's vertical movement as needed, facilitating the cutting and engraving of large objects; with rotary axis accessories, curved surfaces can be engraved.
- The honeycomb platform allows the laser beam to pass through materials, increasing efficiency and reducing reflectivity, thereby enhancing the cutting effect of the laser cutter/engraver; smoke and dust are exhausted from the bottom, reducing product defects, suitable for materials like leather, fabric, and paper.
- The aluminum slat platform is suitable for cutting 20mm thick acrylic or wood. The density of aluminum blades can be adjusted according to object size, allowing objects to be suspended and reducing the impact of laser reflection.
- The laser software adjusts laser power based on image grayscale to achieve varying depths of engraving texture, producing a 3D embossed effect; different focal distances can be set, and parameters can be adjusted for individual layers, easily handling complex documents.
- The Thunder Laser software has a built-in parameter database for easily saving and recalling different settings for various materials. When processing the same material next time, simply load the saved content.
- Supports multiple color layer mapping settings, allowing you to set cutting speed and power for each layer as needed, even complex graphics can be completed in one go.

- The focus lens adopts a ZnSe focusing lens and concave-convex lens design, which makes the laser beam focus smaller and the spot energy more concentrated.
- Standard molybdenum mirror reflectors, resistant to high-power laser beams and durable in harsh environments.
- Supports simple connection to a computer via network cable or USB.
- Software parameter settings can be saved to a USB drive. After inserting it into the laser cutter to read the file, processing can begin immediately.

- The Nova is equipped with an emergency stop system. All Thunder laser processing machines have an emergency stop switch to prevent unnecessary losses in case of malfunction.
- Safety protection system: If the lid is opened while the laser is operating, the machine will stop immediately and resume operation only after it is closed, ensuring user safety.
- If the water cooling system flow is abnormal or water pressure is insufficient, the system will issue a warning and stop the laser cutter operation, ensuring the safety of the laser tube.
- Working status indicator light: Displays green when the machine is not operating or the lid is closed, and red if the lid is opened while the laser is operating.
- The standard laser head is suitable for cutting materials less than 10mm thick and is a standard accessory for Thunder Laser CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines; a special laser head is also included for cutting thick materials.
- The Nova system is equipped with precise positioning guide rails, providing clear and clean images even at 1000 dpi resolution.
- Low-noise cooling fan provides a quiet and comfortable operating environment during use.
- The laser cutter uses a Kevlar conveyor belt, offering stable performance, long lifespan, and wear resistance, reducing deformation during processing and improving engraving quality.
