Freescan Trak: Handheld Wireless CMM Scanning SystemSHINING 3D's latest "optical tracking" technology presents the handheld Freescan Trak tracker, featuring a lightweight design and efficient scanning capabilities. Freescan Trak is an industrial scanner that eliminates the need for powder spray or markers during the scanning process, effectively boosting operational efficiency. It is suitable for large-scale 3D inspection in industries such as aviation, automotive, shipping, and energy.
The Freescan Trak tracker boasts an accuracy of up to 0.03mm and a resolution of up to 0.05mm, with high repeatability. During measurement, both the tracker and the part can move freely, allowing for efficient scanning even in unstable environments.
The Freescan Trak tracker and FreeTrak scanner establish a precise wireless connection, forming a 3D scanning system. A new internal processor enhances scanning convenience, and the FreeTrak tracker measures at a rate of up to 70Hz.
