Thunder Laser, a company specializing in the research and development of laser cutting and engraving machines, launched its latest model, the "Thunder Bolt Pro 22 Laser Cutting Machine," in 2020.

The Bolt Pro 22 is a high-quality engraving and cutting machine. This metal RF tube engraver features 3G acceleration and 80IPS engraving speed, equipped with a high-speed, high-resolution system from ORIENTAL Japan. It boasts a five-phase X-axis drive motor with low vibration and low noise; the Y-axis motor achieves one-quarter degree step accuracy of the X-axis during operation, seven times more precise than Nova laser cutting machines. The equipment uses an RF tube (also known as a metal laser), requiring no water cooling or replacement of the laser source. The RF laser source operates in air-cooled mode with a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours.

The Bolt Pro 22 utilizes a high-speed, high-resolution motor system from ORIENTAL Japan. The Thunder X-axis uses a five-phase open-loop stepper motor, providing balanced performance with high torque, low vibration, and low noise. With 3G acceleration and a speed of 80IPS, its exceptional efficiency makes Thunder Laser one of the fastest engraving products in the industry.

Unlike the X-axis motor, the Y-axis motor is a higher-resolution model in the same series, with each step being only one-quarter of a degree compared to the X-axis, increasing accuracy sevenfold compared to Nova motors.

The patented guide rail system developed by Thunder Laser features lower resistance and less noise, which is a key factor enabling the Bolt Pro 22 to achieve high-speed operation at 2000 mm/s.

The laser processing machine is designed to operate safely and stably without high voltage or water cooling, making it durable and suitable for various environments. The Bolt Pro 22 is equipped with a high-quality and stable laser power source, with a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours!

The Bolt Pro 22 features both top and bottom exhaust designs to promptly remove heat and smoke from the material surface during the engraving process.

Precise control of air assist for cutting and engraving, offering both high and low pressure modes for clean and precise processing results.

The air assist function is controlled by a smart motherboard. Low pressure is typically set for engraving in the laser design software, while high pressure is used for cutting. This design not only improves processing quality but also reduces the risk of material burning and protects the lens from smoke and dust damage. The dual-pressure mode also saves energy and reduces noise.

The machine body is equipped with 8 lid protection sensor switches, distributed across 4 lids, all compliant with CE certification and FDA requirements, ensuring operational safety. Even if one sensor fails, the protection mechanism will still activate. If any lid is opened during operation, the laser will immediately stop.

For easy maintenance, Thunder engineers designed a patented circuit board that can detect sensor status; it also has a button to switch to maintenance mode for convenient laser beam alignment.
