The Bolt Pro 32 is a high-quality engraving and cutting machine. This metal RF tube laser machine boasts 5G acceleration and 80 IPS engraving speed, equipped with a high-speed, high-resolution system from ORIENTAL, Japan, and features a low-vibration, low-noise five-stage X-axis drive motor. The Y-axis motor requires only one-quarter the step angle of the X-axis for movement, achieving 7 times the precision of the Nova laser cutting machine. The equipment uses an RF laser tube (i.e., a metal laser), which does not require water cooling or replacement of the laser source, and dissipates heat through air cooling, with a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours.

The Bolt Pro 32 adopts a high-speed, high-resolution motor system imported from ORIENTAL, Japan. The X-axis uses a 5-phase open-loop stepper motor, providing a balanced performance of high torque, low vibration, and low noise, with 5G acceleration and 80 IPS speed, achieving extremely high efficiency. This allows Thunder Laser to achieve the industry's fastest engraving speed.
The Y-axis uses a higher-resolution motor from the same series, with a step angle one-quarter that of the X-axis, achieving 7 times the precision of the Nova motor.

100% Smooth Guide Rails
Thunder Laser's self-developed patented guide rails reduce resistance and noise, which is key to the Bolt Pro 32 achieving speeds of up to 2000mm/s.

1,000 DPI RF Metal Laser Source
The laser processing machine does not require high voltage or a water cooling system, designed to be durable and suitable for various environments. The Bolt Pro 32 is equipped with a high-quality stable laser power, with a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours.

Upper and Lower Vents

Dual Air Assist System
Precisely controls the air assist device during cutting and engraving, featuring two modes: high pressure and low pressure, managed by a smart control board. Laser software typically sets low pressure for engraving and high pressure for cutting in the design layers, ensuring clear engraving and effective cutting. In addition, air assist reduces the risk of material ignition during laser processing and protects the lens from dust and smoke. Low and high air volumes do not activate before the laser starts. The proprietary dual air assist function also helps save energy and reduce noise.

Eight-Fold Lid Protection
The machine is equipped with 8 lid protection sensors distributed across 4 machine covers. Each cover complies with CE certification and FDA requirements, ensuring operator safety. If any sensor malfunctions, the protection mechanism remains effective. If any lid is opened during operation, the laser immediately stops. Thunder engineers designed a patented circuit board to detect sensor status and included a maintenance mode button for laser beam alignment.
