[3D Printing Application] Smart Assistive Robot Wins "Million Creator" Championship!
The "Tai-Mecha Lab" full-body exoskeleton robot, which we previously shared with you, won the championship at last Saturday's awards ceremony! It also took home the Popularity Award in the online voting. We are very grateful for everyone's support and encouragement, as well as to the event organizers!Out of over 200 initial entries,15 teams advanced to the final round, including elderly makeup tools, legal Q&A robots, spherical motors, JSPB blasters (we bought one too!), and more. The competition was incredibly fierce!
3DMart is delighted that the founder of the project, Lin Zong-zheng, has achieved such excellent results for his years of hard work, and we are also grateful for his trust in allowing us to assist with this smart assistive device project. The Ministry of Labor, the organizer, was very thoughtful; the awards ceremony even featured an exciting opening performance by a B-BOX group. Now, let's look back at the ceremony!

"Tai-Mecha Lab" full-body exoskeleton robot received two awards: "Champion" and "Popularity Award". We previously mentioned that this robot, as a smart assistive device, combines motion sensing technology with carbon fiber skeletons, 3D printed shells, and other technologies, with the hope of improving the current state of long-term care environments and rehabilitation therapy.

After the awards ceremony, many media outlets and officials came to interview, and Lin Zong-zheng personally demonstrated the operation of the robot and robotic arm, attracting a large crowd. In addition to the white exoskeleton parts, the sensors, which are the core technology, require precise 3D printed parts, all produced using Ultimaker. Founder Lin Zong-zheng also emphasized: "The 3D printed parts can be used directly without modification, and their precision is astonishing."

Finally, here's a photo of 3DMart's director and Lin Zong-zheng with the robot. Thanks to technological advancements, new solutions are becoming easier to achieve. We are honored to participate in this groundbreaking project and hope to share new progress with you soon. Please stay tuned!
