5. X-axis series motor accessories
6. XE axis assembly
7. Full series of device rods
8. T-screw rod
9. Accessory tool kit (metal scraper, screws, pliers, power cord, wrench, nozzle, filament, etc.)

(All part specific names are detailed in the instruction manual)
Step 1: Install the Z-axis limit switch
. Required parts:
1. Base assembly
2. Z-axis rods (left/right)
3. Z-axis limit switch assembly
4. Hexagon socket cap screws with spring washer M5X45 *4 pieces

Use 4 hexagon socket cap screws with spring washer M5X45 to secure the Z-axis rods to the Creality Ender-3 V2 base.

Install the Z-axis limit switch, aligning it with the rod.

Step 2: Install the Z-axis T-screw rod
. Required parts:
1. T-screw rod
2. Z-axis motor components
3. Hexagon socket flat head screws M4X18 *2 pieces

Assemble the T-screw rod to the Z-axis motor components, then use a tool to tighten the screws.

Step 3: Install the XE axis components and timing belt
. Required parts:
1. XE axis assembly
2. X-axis rod
3. Screw connector
4. Hexagon socket flat round head screws with spring washer M4X16 *2 pieces
5. Timing belt
6. Wrench

Step 4: Install the nozzle and Z-axis combined module
. Required parts:
1. Nozzle kit
2. Z-axis passive combined module
3. Hexagon socket flat round head screws with spring washer M4X16 *1 piece

Tighten the timing belt to the X-axis rod, insert the V-wheels of the nozzle kit into the rod, push it to the middle of the rod, then use one M4X16 round head screw to secure the Z-axis passive block to the X-axis rod.
Step 5: Install the X-axis tensioner
. Required parts:
1. X-axis tensioner
2. Hexagon socket flat round head screws with spring washer M4X16 *1 piece
3. Hexagon socket flat head screws (black) M4X14 *1 piece

Disassemble all components of the X-axis tensioner, then put the timing belt into the slider block.

Assemble the X-axis tensioner to the Z-axis passive combined module and tighten with screws.

Step 6: Install the Z-axis moving assembly (adjust X and Y axis tension)
. Required parts:
1. Components installed in Step 2 (click to view)
2. Components installed in Step 5 (click to view)

Insert the "Z-axis moving assembly" into both ends of the "Z-axis rods" along the two "V-wheels". Move the Z-axis rods up and down smoothly; it should not slide down naturally! Adjust the tension of the timing belt to an appropriate tightness, with an up and down movement of about 0-3mm.

Step 7: Install the gantry rod and display screen
. Required parts:
1. Gantry upper rod
2. Display screen assembly
3. Hexagon socket cap screws with spring washer M5X25 *4 pieces

Push the display screen base upwards to separate it, then use a hex wrench to install the base on the left side of the machine, finally tighten it, and then clip the screen back onto the base.

(Connect the wire to the bottom of the display screen.)
Step 8: Install the 3D printing filament holder
. Required parts:
1. 3D printing filament holder
2. Filament holder tube, holder nut
3. Outer cover (black) *2 pieces
4. Hexagon socket flat round head screws M5X8 *2 pieces
5. M5 T-nut
6. Indicator knob (blue)

Use flat round head screws M5X8 and M5 T-nuts to install the 3D printing filament holder onto the rod.

Install the 3D printing filament holder tube onto the holder, cover with the outer cover, and then secure with the nuts.

Step 9: Install device wiring (power cord / blue wire clips / internal device wiring)

Following the yellow label on the 6-pin (four wires) port, connect the X, E, and Z-axis wires to the motor components.

Following the yellow label on the 3-pin (two wires) port, connect the X and Z-axis limit switches.

Before plugging in the power cord, please verify the input voltage and select the correct voltage 115/230V (incorrect voltage setting may cause damage). Finally, power on the device.
