I. Machine Installation
Rotate and fix the four support rods to the bottom body. Then, pass the material sheet tray through the four support rods and install it at the bottom. Install the vacuum forming heating plate on top of the machine, and secure it with screws at each of the four corners of the machine. Plug in the temperature sensing power cable for the heater and the main power cable.
   
After placing the ventilation base plate, power on the machine. The system will automatically detect the machine status (including pump check, power check, heater check). Once all checks pass, the machine will start up. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to pull down the tray to the correct position.
 
II. Placing/Detecting Material Sheets
The MY YARD series vacuum forming machines all use a white rotary knob to control the screen. After the machine is assembled and ready, you can choose from 3 suction modes on the screen according to your needs:

1. Blister mode: Low suction
2. Standard mode: Medium suction
3. Fine mode: High suction
 
In addition, the MY YARD Smart Vacuum Forming Machine also features a "material sheet dehumidification" function. Removing moisture and bubbles from the material sheet before vacuum forming ensures stable quality of the finished product.
 
III. Automatic Material Sheet Detection
After completing the settings, loosen the left and right wheels and lift them up. Insert the material sheet, align the QR-Code on the vacuum forming material sheet with the scanning hole in the lower right corner for material sheet detection. The digital screen will instantly display the material's type, color, thickness, and heating temperature. After confirming the material, press the white button, and the heater will begin to preheat.  
Press down the material sheet tray and lock the wheels to secure the material sheet. Lift the tray up to the heater to begin heating the vacuum forming material sheet. During heating, place the model on the ventilation base plate. Once heating is complete, simply press down the tray for easy vacuum forming. Wait for the vacuum forming process to complete; the equipment will automatically blow air to demold. After the forming is done, follow the on-screen instructions and press the white button to finish the operation.
