【Test Video】Wisely Fiber Laser Marking Machine: Full Tutorial for Rotary Engraving!
Cylindrical metal engraving with exquisite patterns using rotary engraving! The "Wisely Fiber Laser Marking Machine" has newly arrived at 3DMart. We've unboxed and tested it, demonstrating how to use it with the rotary axis for perfect assistance. Watch the tutorial video now:
1. Startup Procedure
The Wisely MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine has three switches. Turn them on in sequence:
1. System Emergency Button
2. Power: Turn the key to the right
3. Red Light Button

Next, you'll see three "lens specification" switches on the side of the marking machine. Activate the switch corresponding to the lens specification you are using. For this test, we used a 150 x 150mm lens. Then, open the lens protective cover.
1. Lens Specification 1: 200 x 200
2. Lens Specification 2: 150 x 150
3. Lens Specification 3: 100 x 100

2. Focus Calibration
Use the included focusing ruler. Place the ruler vertically above the object to measure the distance to the reference line. Rotate the top spindle until the ruler reaches the designated position. The "focusing distance reference line" is indicated by the finger icon above. Position the ruler vertically against the object, measure upwards to the reference line, and adjust to the specified distance to complete focusing.

3. Software Operation
Import the object file for laser marking, then edit and modify the size, position, and settings as needed.
1. Fill Path Tool
2. Modify > Transform: You can rotate and adjust the object's position as needed.
3. Laser > SplitMark2: Set the rotary axis engraving object size.
4. Click "Parameters": Under "Rotary Axis" > "Working Diameter", set the diameter of the engraving object.
5. Click "Red Light" to preview the marking position.
6. Click "Engrave" to start laser marking.

We used a stainless steel cylinder for metal laser engraving, with a 4.5 x 10cm pattern. The final effect was very exquisite, with excellent resolution and precision. The total engraving time was 20 minutes.
