One-year Warranty & Repair Information

For Bambu Lab machines purchased, 3DMart offers you a choice of one-year standard or enhanced warranty service. For any operational questions, please contact 3DMart by email.

• Once shipped, our company cannot accept requests to add the [Enhanced Warranty Plan]. Please confirm your desired warranty plan at the time of order.
• If your machine has any issues, please first fill out the technical support form.
• Always use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used during printing) to avoid any omissions during repair.
• Warranty service does not cover human-induced damage, damage from self-modification, or non-human-induced damage as assessed by engineers. Consumables (e.g., nozzles), and spare parts are not covered by the warranty.
• All operation tutorials will be quoted separately by a 3DMart specialist. You can fill out the contact form for inquiries.

Active Flow Compensation

The A1 mini revolutionizes flow control in 3D printing. It uses a high-resolution, high-frequency eddy current sensor to measure pressure in the nozzle. An algorithm actively compensates for flow based on readings, achieving precise extrusion and smooth corners!

Fully Automatic Calibration

The A1 mini handles all kinds of calibration itself. It automatically and meticulously calibrates Z-offset, bed leveling, vibration resonance, and nozzle pressure for each print job. No more tedious manual calibration and adjustments!

The A1 mini comes pre-assembled from the factory and is precisely pre-calibrated and pre-leveled. After unboxing, it's ready in just 20 minutes without manual adjustments, allowing you to start your first print. Getting started has never been easier!

Active Motor Noise Cancellation Technology

The A1 mini calibrates parameters to match subtle individual differences between each drive motor. This compensates for unwanted motor noise. Active noise cancellation and silent mode can keep the printer's operating noise level below 48 dB, so you can take a nap while the printer is working without being disturbed!

High Speed and Precision

The A1 mini features all-metal rails and frame, a nozzle pressure sensor, an accelerometer, and a powerful MCU. Under the precise control of an advanced motion control system, the A1 mini can print a perfect 14-minute Benchy without special PLA.

Synchronized with Bambu Studio and Bambu Handy

Remotely control and monitor your printer via Bambu Studio or Bambu Handy. You can also record time-lapse videos with the built-in camera.
