Bambu Lab Hotend Assembly - 0.4/0.6/0.8/0.2mm [For P1 Series]
Bambu Lab Hotend Assembly (For P1 Series) - 0.4/0.6/0.8/0.2mm
The complete hotend assembly is designed specifically for the Bambu Lab P1 series; each assembly consists of a hotend with a silicone sock, ceramic heater, thermistor, and cooling fan, offering excellent toughness and durability, as well as easy installation and replacement. This kit is suitable not only for standard 1.75mm 3D printer filaments but also for nylon carbon fiber, nylon glass fiber, and other engineering consumables.
Featuring an integrated molding design, the module heats up significantly faster than conventional modules. This design also effectively reduces issues when changing nozzles, combining hardness with high-flow printing capabilities. Choosing the Bambu complete hotend assembly will enhance your printing quality!
How to replace the complete hotend assembly?
Highlights of different nozzle diameters
0.2 mm nozzle, optimal printing fineness
Extremely small layer gap, resulting in finer vertical print surfaces.
0.2 mm nozzle, optimal printing fineness
Small diameter extrusion for high resolution on horizontal print surfaces.
0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles increase printing speed
Larger diameter nozzles can extrude more filament per second, thus speeding up printing.
Comparison of different nozzle diameters
The 0.4mm nozzle is widely regarded as the standard nozzle diameter for modern 3D printers due to its optimal balance between print quality and speed. Both the Bambu Lab X1 series and P1 series 3D printers use this size.

[*Note]
1. Filaments containing carbon fiber, glass fiber, metal, or other inorganic particles are prone to clogging 0.2mm nozzles.
2. For filaments containing carbon fiber or glass fiber, it is highly recommended to use a hardened steel 0.6mm nozzle to reduce the risk of clogging and wear.
3. Bambu PLA-CF and Bambu PETG-CF have been extensively tested to have a lower risk of clogging when printed with a hardened steel 0.4mm nozzle, while achieving higher print quality.
Bambu Hotend Configuration
To change the nozzle, you can replace the hotend and nozzle on the original complete hotend assembly, or simply replace the entire hotend assembly.
