Engineering filaments
Equipped with a 350 °C hotend and a 65 °C actively heated chamber, it supports the full range of Bambu filaments—from PLA and PETG to PC and PPA.
The H2S features closed-loop fan control and precise thermal management to minimize warping and deformation while enhancing layer adhesion.

The H2S utilizes the sensing capabilities of a servo motor on the extruder and a high-resolution eddy current sensor on the nozzle to precisely control extrusion by measuring nozzle pressure and calibrating the PA parameters of each filament, thereby improving surface smoothness and edge sharpness.

Active vibration compensation eliminates micro-vibrations and resonances in real-time, achieving high-quality print output at higher speeds.

Bambu Lab's proprietary PMSM servo system enables 20 kHz resistance and position sampling, dynamically adjusting the electromagnetic torque vector.
This system stabilizes extrusion and actively detects grinding or clogging in real time.

Vision System: With AI-driven real-time monitoring, the vision system can detect issues such as material clumping, "noodling," and waste chute blockages in real-time, helping to prevent print failures.
This vision system also supports various advanced features, such as real-time spatial alignment for precise laser and cutting calibration, and visual encoder technology for improved positioning accuracy.
Feeding: Filament path sensors work in concert to monitor feeding speed and position, detect risks of filament entanglement and grinding, track filament mileage and spool usage, and ensure AMS, buffer, cutter, and tools on the feeding path are ready, ensuring every tool is in place and every action is under control.
Thermal Control: Five NTC temperature sensors are cleverly distributed across the nozzle, heated bed, and print chamber.
The system works with an integrated airflow sensor to actively monitor and regulate internal temperature and circulation, maintaining an ideal printing environment through real-time feedback control.
Safety: The H2S is equipped with five flame sensors, front door and top cover sensors, and an emergency stop button, forming a complete safety system.
It can detect fire risks, monitor cabinet alignment, and shut down immediately when needed, always protecting your projects and workspace.
