BotFeeder neo-PLA™ Series
BotFeeder neo-PLA™ Series
Available in two colors: Ink Black and White
neo-PLA™ is an evolved PLA product developed by BotFeeder after years of valuable feedback from a wide range of users and professional advice from numerous machine manufacturers. Based on professional material knowledge, the team accumulated over 30,000 hours of 3D printing experience. Through in-depth discussions and exchanges with users and machine manufacturers, and after six months of development and testing, they launched the enhanced version of PLA, "neo-PLA™".
Material Characteristics:
neo-PLA utilizes a new processing technology, employing a high-pressure, low-temperature, and low-shear force manufacturing process to maintain material properties close to those of the raw material. After repeated production experiments and over 1000 hours of printing tests, neo-PLA™ can be directly used with most all-metal nozzles (excluding those with Teflon tubes), and the material's toughness has been significantly improved. During printing, due to stable material extrusion, the flatness of layer-by-layer stacking is greatly improved, resulting in a smoother finished product surface.

Ink Black and White
※ Can be used with nozzles both with and without Teflon tubes
※ Provides better results with nozzles containing Teflon tubes
※ Can be used with all-metal nozzle machines (including UP series machines)
