Integrated CNC Structure, Stable as a Fortress
Features a CNC-machined all-metal integrated optoelectronic module and lens bracket, providing excellent structural rigidity. Equipped with a mechanical lock design to prevent loosening and misalignment, ensuring stable, precise, and reliable scans every time.
Sermoon X1 Precision Scanning: 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m
Built-in photogrammetry system with 2 scale bars automatically corrects dimensional accuracy. Volumetric accuracy up to 0.02mm + 0.03 mm/m, suitable for high-precision applications such as engineering design, cultural relic restoration, and quality inspection.
Multi-Mode Switching for Wide Application
Equipped with 34+7+1 blue lasers and infrared structured light, supporting multiple scanning modes: 1 blue laser beam, 7 parallel blue laser beams, 34 blue laser beams, and NIR infrared structured light. Modes can be flexibly switched as needed to handle various complex materials and parts.
Deep Hole Mode: Capturing Details in Hidden Areas
Single-laser deep hole mode can scan narrow holes and grooves with an aspect ratio of up to 6:1 (test conditions: 28.68 mm diameter pipe, 172.7 mm depth).
Usable Indoors and Outdoors
Dual blue and infrared light technology provides excellent environmental resistance, allowing scanning of black or metallic surfaces without powdering, maintaining outstanding performance even in sunlight.
Wide Scanning Range
Blue laser mode: 5x5x5mm³ to 4000x4000x4000 mm³; Infrared mode: 150x150x150 mm³ to 2000x2000x2000 mm³. Suitable for scanning automotive parts, bolts, sculptures, and even human bodies.
Full-Color Texture and Ultra-Large Field of View
Equipped with a Qualcomm ISP chip and a 2-megapixel RGB camera. Infrared's maximum field of view reaches 1300 x 935 mm, reducing the need for markers by approximately 17.36% and comprehensively upgrading scanning efficiency.
Highly Integrated Workflow
CrealityScan 4.0 software supports one-click processing and seamlessly integrates with professional reverse engineering and measurement software such as Quicksurface, Geomagic Design X, and SolidWorks.
