FLUX beamo Open Lid Kit
The FLUX beamo open lid engraving kit includes: a laser focal length extension rod, a USB safety lock, and laser safety glasses. After installing the focal length extension rod, the laser can focus up to 1mm below the bottom cover of the FLUX beamo, with a maximum working area of 260x210mm.
I. Installation Guide (Opening the FLUX beamo bottom cover):
- Wear laser safety glasses
- Unplug the power cord
- Remove the honeycomb panel
- Unscrew the nuts securing the bottom cover
- Remove the bottom plate (keep screws and nuts safe)
II. Installation Guide (Laser Focal Length Extension Rod):
- Rotate the focusing lens retaining ring.
- Remove the laser head, unscrew and safely store the silver cap.
- Install the laser extension rod.
- Return the extended laser head to the fixed base, secure the black air tube to the bottom of the camera bracket, then screw on the focusing lens retaining ring.
III. Installation Guide (USB Safety Lock):
The bottom cover of the FLUX beamo is designed to be removable. After removing the bottom cover, raising the machine, and installing the open lid kit, the volume and height of engraved objects will no longer be restricted, allowing for free processing of any size of flat material.
