The Form Cure V2 is an SLA post-processing curing machine that uses powerful LEDs and convection heating to achieve optimal mechanical properties for parts in a fast and precise manner.
The next-generation curing unit, Form Cure V2, precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to deliver strong, robust prints with unprecedented speed and consistency. Post-curing Form 4/B prints in just 60 seconds significantly enhances the strength and toughness of the final parts, creating harder and less sticky surfaces.

The Form Cure V2 precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to print tough, durable parts with unprecedented speed and consistency. You can post-cure Form 4/B prints in 60 seconds, with four times the UV power, five times faster heating, and a 1.3 times larger chamber size. Simply select a validated preset for Formlabs' 45+ materials to begin curing. Advanced users can also customize time and temperature as needed.
Post-curing completes the chemical reactions initiated during the printing process, improving part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, while also creating a harder and less sticky surface.
Biocompatible materials require post-curing to meet regulatory safety standards.
