MAGNAFLUX WCP-2 3D Scanning White Powder Developer (Alcohol wash required)

MAGNAFLUX WCP-2 provides a high-contrast white background for magnetic particle inspection and is also commonly used in reverse engineering scanning operations to make the scanning process faster and smoother. Alcohol cleaning is required after use.

This product complies with ISO 9934 and BS5044 standards.

In addition to WCP-2, you can also choose to use the AESUB series of 3D scanning powders. Unlike general scanning powders, AESUB White 3D scanning powder does not contain titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles, which avoids the risk of inhalation and is safer to use; while AESUB Blue 3D scanning powder has an automatic sublimation function, its ingredients do not contain pigments, it is non-destructive to objects, and it can be evenly distributed in a thin layer on the surface of scanned objects.

Using AESUB series powders eliminates the need for post-scan cleaning, effectively saving time and costs while improving work efficiency. It allows for easy 3D scanning of both transparent and reflective objects. (Click here for the actual test video)
