The Mayku Reducer Plate is designed for the Mayku Multiplier. It reduces the Multiplier's forming area to A4 or US Letter size, allowing you to use materials from hundreds of global sheet suppliers. It also enables the use of thicker and thinner materials while reducing waste!

The Reducer Plate fits neatly within the Multiplier's forming area, reducing it to A4 or US Letter size. With this size plate, you will have a usable forming area of 250 x 180 mm, allowing for rectangular sheets and easy procurement from various suppliers.
Compared to the standard Multiplier plate, the Reducer Plate allows for the use of taller tools and reduces undesirable thermoforming phenomena (such as curling).
Different materials require different forming temperatures and pressures, with thicker sheets typically needing higher pressure to form. When used with custom modes, the Reducer Plate makes the Multiplier suitable for sheets thicker than 5 mm, expanding the application range of thermoforming materials and enabling the creation of strong and detailed parts.
