MYYARD's newly launched "FORMOCUT Electric Scissors for Blister Packaging" makes cutting blister packaging effortless and easy to control.
Developed in collaboration with an established scissor factory, it features a 390T high-torque motor and tungsten steel blades specifically designed for blister packaging materials, supporting the cutting of most plastic sheets up to 1.0mm thick (some materials up to 1.5mm). The replaceable blade head makes consumable maintenance more intuitive, and safety is prioritized to reduce the risk of accidental injury during cutting.

About cutting blister packaging

Anyone who has purchased a vacuum forming machine has probably encountered this: forming goes smoothly, but then you get stuck on the "final cut."
Laser cutting and ultrasonic knives can certainly cut, but the process is troublesome and often accompanied by the annoying smell of burning plastic.
Most commercially available electric scissors are designed for fabric, are heavy to hold, and their blades are not suitable for cutting blister packaging; they become dull or even damaged after just a short cut.
That's why MYYARD collaborated with an established scissor factory to develop
an electric scissor specifically designed for cutting blister packaging.

The FORMOCUT is equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery. It takes approximately 120 minutes to fully charge the battery using the original charger.
The continuous use time without the charger is about 90 minutes. Actual use time may vary depending on the material and cutting thickness.
It can be used plugged in with the charger; the battery will charge during downtime in the cutting process.
* For the first charge, please ensure it is charged for a full 120 minutes.
* It has a protection mechanism that will force a shutdown in case of overheating. It can be used again after a brief cool-down.

  • If you encounter difficulty cutting, please turn off the power to avoid damage to the unit.
  • Blades are consumables; their sharpness will decrease depending on the material being cut.
  • Batteries are consumables; it is normal for the storage capacity to decrease after multiple charge-discharge cycles.
