Permanent Magnet Synchronous Servo Extrusion Motor | Lingji Extruder
Extrusion force increased by 70%, with real-time problem detection. The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) servo extrusion motor delivers a maximum extrusion force of 8.5 kg, a 70% increase over its predecessor, significantly stabilizing high-flow extrusion. A proprietary motor samples current and position signals at 20kHz, actively detecting filament abrasion and clogs.
