1. Can it be used with all Phrozen printers?

  • ● Direct connection: Sonic Mighty Revo 16K, Sonic Mighty Revo, Sonic Mega 8K S, Sonic Mega V2.
  • ● Requires accessories: Sonic Mighty 12K, Sonic Mini 8K S, Sonic Mini 8K, Sonic Mighty 8K. Can be connected to the Purifier Max with the "3D Printer Enclosure Mega" (coming soon).
  • ● Lazervida Laser Cutter: It is also recommended to use it with an enclosure.
  • ● FDM models (Arco + Crystal Clear Five-Layer Shield): Remove the metal mesh from the outside of the fan, then attach the adapter. The adapter can be downloaded and printed for free from Pixup (Download from Pixup).

2. What is the difference between Phrozen Air Purifier Max and a general household air purifier?

It is specially designed for 3D printing environments, focusing on "purification at the source, no leakage." It adopts a high-pressure design, directly connecting to the printer chamber to trap dust, fumes, and odors within the system. Equipped with a 6-layer filter structure (including double-layer HEPA and activated carbon), it achieves up to 99.95% purification efficiency, ensuring the air in the space is not pungent.

3. Can it be used with non-Phrozen machines?

4. I already have a USB air purifier, do I still need to buy the Max?

It is recommended to use them together. The USB model targets resin odors, while the Max can comprehensively filter dust, fumes, and gases. Combining the two can enhance both odor adsorption and overall air purification efficiency, resulting in better performance.

5. Can the air be discharged directly into the room?

If the filter element is not saturated, it can be discharged indoors. However, to maintain optimal air quality, it is still recommended to use an exhaust pipe to vent the gas outdoors.

6. How long do the filters last? How do I replace them?

  • HEPA composite filter: Approximately 1200 hours, can be purchased for replacement.
  • Activated carbon filter: Approximately 800 hours, can be purchased for replacement.
  • Top G4 filter cotton: Included with new machines. Subsequent replacements require cutting commercially available filter cotton yourself (refer to a thickness of 40 mm).

Reminder: The lifespan varies depending on the actual smoke concentration. The system will automatically light up to remind you when it's due for replacement, so you won't forget.
